I don't know much about exaggerated angles like the one you've used here, but your perspective on her head is a little off, along with her shoulders and neck. I'm not quite sure if it's the hairstyle, but she seems to be missing hair by her right (your left) ear. Her face seems to be a little crooked, too. Perhaps using a reference could help you out there?

Her shoulders are a bit awkward along with her arms. The bones don't quite work the way you've drawn them here.

The lighting confuses me a bit with how it just emerges from her feet. Is this supposed to be a bit more surreal or...? Either way, to show that there's light coming from behind her, adding highlights around the edges of her from behind would help show this.

The way she's standing on the tilted horizon/floor makes it look like she's falling over. To make it appear that she's standing and not falling, I would tilt her to the left a bit. That would fix that up.

I think your biggest problems here are perspective, anatomy and shading. (perhaps lighting, too).

I hope I was of some help! <3
